William L. Lee, IV

Will Lee is the grandson of one of the firm’s founding members, Alto V. Lee, Ill, and the son of senior partner William L. Lee, Ill.

Mr. Lee attended the University of Alabama where he earned both his undergraduate degree, and in 1995, his law degree. Immediately following graduation, Mr. Lee joined Lee, Livingston Lee, Nichols & Barron, P.C. and continues the family’s tradition of service to the legal profession and the community.

As with each member of the firm, Mr. Lee actively engages in litigation. His areas of practice include civil defense litigation, personal injury, general insurance defense, workers’ compensation law, product liability, premises liability and insurance litigation. He is particularly involved in the litigation of vehicular injury claims, representing multiple prominent automobile insurers.

In addition to his membership in the Alabama State Bar Association and the Houston County Bar Association, Mr. Lee is actively involved in the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.

Will is married to the former Cora LaDelle Copelan. Cora is from Columbus, Georgia. Will and Cora have three children, William, Cora LaDelle, and Sara Wellons.
